Want a good exercise to tighten up your stomach and slim down your waist? Try the Power Plank:
- Start in a plank position (abs engaged, back straight, forearms on floor, legs extended).
- Bring right knee to outside of right elbow and return back to start, alternate sides while keeping your hips still and abs tight.
Start with 2 sets of 10 (5 each side) and work yourself up to 2 sets of 30 (15 each side). When you can do that let me know and I’ll give you a new ab exercise to do to keep challenging your muscles!
